Christine Bonansea
has been dancing since her childhood. After studying 3 years at the University of La Sorbonne (France), she graduated in modern dance from a French National Dance School and two major French Choreographic Dance Centers (Regine Chopinot and Mathide Monnier).  She has explored diverse art and performing techniques over the last 10 years as contact- improvisation dance, acting, clown, video, and graphics.  Since 1999 Christine has worked with different international companies including Gaara Company from Kenya, Company Alias from Switzerland and la Camioneta from France. Currently she dances with Emspace dance, HuckabayMacAllisterDance, and Lisa Townsend Company.

Patric Cashman
began his formal dance training by completing a two-year diploma in dance at the Institute for Dance & Choreography in his native Cork, Ireland. He continued his studies as a dance artist at The Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, England where he graduated in 2001 with a B.A. in performing Arts. Since moving to the United States Patric, has danced with Shift>>>Physical Dance Theater, Element Dance Theater, Martt Lawrence, Company Mecanique Dance Theater and Lisa Townsend. He hopes to continue to explore the unique and creative collective that the Bay Area has to offer.

Damara Ganely
began dancing in her living room with her mom and dad in Mendocinco County. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz with degrees in Anthropology, Women's Studies and Theater Arts, Damara had the honor of dancing with The Mel Wong Dance Company. She has also performed with Bibliodance, dance ceres, Mark Franko, Carol Kueffer, Nina Haft, and RAW dance. She is currently performing with Emspace Dance, Kate Mitchell, Jo Kreiter/Fly Away Productions, Shift Physical Theatre, and Lisa Townsend Company.

Phil Halbert
is a multidisciplinary performing artist who jumped into modern dance at UC Berkeley, where he also studied mechanical engineering. His path of movement studies has led him to great teachers, including Kathleen Hermesdorf, Lizz Roman, Cecilia Marta, Cheryl Chaddick, Ron Brown, and Duncan Macfarland. Phil has appeared with Huckabay MacAllister Dance, Capacitor, the Kendra Kimbrough Dance Ensemble, the Joe Goode Performance Group, Trout, and the Kook Troupe. In addition to performing with Lisa Townsend Company, Phil also performs with Company Mecanique Dance Theater, Emspace Dance, the Vau de Vire Society, and the fabulous Fou Fou Ha!

Suzanne Lappas
is a dancer and a teacher thrilled to be exploring different areas of modern dance in the Bay Area. Suzanne is currently performing with Lisa Townsend Company, Scott Wells, and Bliss Kohlmeyer. Past dance ventures include working with Robert Moses' Kin, ODC Dance, the Butler Ballet, and with Miguel Robles of Argentina. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Indiana University as well as a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques from l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques d'Aix-en-Provence, France. She would love to one-day return to Europe to establish a life in dance or international human rights and can't wait for her next traveling experience.

Julie Sheetz
gleefully escaped Nevada with hardly any dance training but with an MS in Geography in 2000. Since moving to San Francisco she has worked with Strong Current Dance Company, Hilary Bryan, BiblioDance, Elly Karl, Leyya Tawil, Rebecca Salzer Dance Theater, and Kate Mitchell. A recent Townsend groupie, she is also currently a member of Huckaby McAllister Dance, EmSpace Dance, Company Mecanique Dance Theatre, and Fellow Travelers Performance Group.

Ami Student
holds a BA in dance and psychology from Wesleyan University. His college studies were complimented by additional training at the Alvin Ailey and Gus Giordano schools. He has worked with STEAMROLLER, Sarah Shelton Mann/Contraband, Rebecca Salzer, Pedro Alejandro, Jane Sato, Lizz Roman and Dancers, Patricia Jiron, Bliss Kohlmyer Dowman, and Kelly Kemp.  His own work has been shown in the PILOT series at ODC. Ami has taught modern dance/creative movement in public schools for the SF Arts Education Project and is a member of the ODC Youth Program faculty. He co-directs the ODC Jellies children’s performance company, choreographing and producing dances for 11 young dancers. Outside of dancing, Ami is a personal trainer at the San Francisco JCC.
